• 🚐 Extra Vehicle Usage beyond itinerary
• 🌧️ Expenses due to weather conditions / road blockage / flight delays

Payment Policy

PAYMENT POLICY – BOOKING CONFIRMATION

• Minimum 40% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 60% balance must be paid 15 days before departure.

For Last Minute Bookings (within 7 days):

• 100% payment required at the time of booking.

Payment Modes:

• Bank Transfer / UPI / Online Payment

Important Notes:

• Booking will be processed only after receiving the advance payment.
• Hotels, flights, and services are subject to availability until full/partial payment is made.
• Any price change due to availability or fare fluctuation will be informed before confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Holiday Package Cancellation charges apply as per the following:

• 60+ Days Before Travel 10% cancellation charges
• 46-60 Days before travel: 25% cancellation charges
• 31–45 days before travel: 50% charges
• 15-30 days before travel: 75% charges
• Less than 15 days / No show: 100% charges

Terms & Conditions

1. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Non-refundable bookings (flights, permits, etc.) will not be refunded.

2. Changes & Amendments

• Any changes in travel dates, hotels, or itinerary are subject to availability and additional cost.
• The company reserves the right to make necessary changes due to unavoidable circumstances.

3. Travel Documents

• Valid ID proof (Aadhar / Passport / Voter ID) is mandatory.
• For international travel, passport & visa are required.

4. Hotel Policy

• Standard check-in/check-out time must be followed.
• Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability.

5. Transportation

• Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary only (not at disposal unless mentioned).
• AC may not work in hilly areas.

6. Liability

• The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Any additional cost due to such situations will be borne by the traveler.

7. Special Notes

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any service not mentioned in inclusions is not included in the package.
